Hardik Pandya chose to give his Serbian girlfriend Natasa Stankovic an engagement ring on the first day of the New Year. As soon as Hardik Pandya posted the report, he proceeded to submit congratulatory messages from around the world, including his Indian team-mates, by sharing photos and videos on his Social Media page.

Leading the chase was none other than Indian skipper Virat Kohli, to whom Hardik's news of the engagement, like many others, came as a "pleasant surprise." Kohli responded to Hardik's Instagram post: "Congratulations H.

Hardik had posted a picture of his girlfriend — now a fiancee — on Instagram before making his engagement news official. Hardik has captioned the picture as "Starting the year with my firework,".

The pair were congratulated by Indian opener KL Rahul, middle-class shaker Shreyas Iyer and leg shooters Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav.

Some Bollywood stars such as Sunil Shetty, Sonal Chauhan, and Athiya Shetty were also participating in Hardik's article via Instagram.

The Indian All-Rounder has received their salutations from TV stars such as Karishma Kotak, Jay Bhanushali and Karan Tacker.

Hardik had a mixed experience at a professional level last year when he had a procedure that addressed his back problem and for most of the season was inaccessible.

In a 20-year international game against South Africa back in September 2019, Hardik was last wearing the Indian jersey.
